Floral Designer in Wedding Flowers, Bridal Bouquets, Flower Crowns, hair wreaths, in Michigan USA

I have been a Floral Designer for over 25 years in all mediums, including fresh, dried and silk florals. I began years ago to be able to earn a living, yet stay at home with my children. I would not have it any other way and LOVE what I do! Besides creating Bridal Bouquets, wedding flowers, flower crowns and lots of accessories, the special relationship I gain with my buyers and brides is more fulfilling than I can describe. It is so exciting to work hard to perfection and the end result is when a bride shares her special wedding day and pictures with me.

I now also have a very large line of hairpieces, Woodland flower crowns, shabby hair wreaths. That part started years ago when I made a lot of First Communion crowns and has grown today to creating exciting styles for brides, flower girls, and even fun events like music festivals and the boho and hippie at heart! I ship my pretties thruout the entire USA as well as International, abroad, all over the world!

I am a one woman business and work in my home studio year round and love being in Michigan. At times in the summer, I even get to create at the beaches along Lake Huron in Northern Michigan, which inspires my floral designs even more.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
*Flower crowns, head wreaths, hairpiece purchases - These sales are Final, due to the nature of the product I am not able to refund these to discourage "try-on" purchases and for consideration of all my buyers. If you have an issue with your hairpiece, please contact me, I'm always willing to help or work something out.

I am very successful in coming close or exact to your anticipated purchases. But if you are disatisfied, I try to rectify it. Custom items are difficult to refund or exchange, as I have purchased supplies and designed according to your requests, but I am big on customer service and we can usually solve whatever dilema we have. CUSTOM ORDER NOTE: You will always preview pics of your purchase before I ship it. Changes can be made accordinigly before shipment.
Any exchanges are at the shipping expense of the customer. You must notify me immediately upon receipt of the need to return your item. I only accept reasonable returns within the first 3 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable, and buyer pays return shipping cost, and must ship same way I did, Priority Mail, insured.

*DEPOSITS* - All custom work requires a deposit of 1/2 of the total price quoted. These deposits are NON-refundable. Once I receive your deposit, I purchase my supplies and materials to start developing your unique designs, and I am limited to numbers of wedding orders I can acomodate, so the deposit also reserves your date. I understand unusual circumstances, and try to work with you if certain situations arise.
Payment
Please read my return policies below. I accept Credit cards and PayPal at time of purchase. Please note shipping times in my Made to Order items. Allow extra time for delivery in June and July. Contact me with questions.

Rush Orders: I do charge a Rush Order Fee on orders that I need to custom make that are not in stock or changes to existing stock that need to ship within a sooner time frame than is stated in my Made to Order descriptions. The fee is based upon complexity of the customization and agreed upon between myself and the buyer before payment/purchase has been made. Please contact me if you have questions on rush orders. Special Rush Orders are also dependent upon time in my schedule and supply availability. I communicate closely with you in this regard.
Shipping
I strive for quick shipping and direct communication with my customers. Most in stock items are shipped within 48 business hours, usually priority mail state-side if they are not oversized items.

SHIPPING ADDRES - I only ship to paypal and invoice addresses. It is your responsibility to change your ship to address if necessary if you want me to send your items to a different address. I am not responsible for non-delivery if your address is incorrect on your order invoice. If you had a ship to addres issue, please contact me first before purchasinig.

If your order is returned to me due to undeliverable address or unable to forward because you provided an incorrect address, it is your responsibility to pay for the re-shipping to the correct address.

CUSTOM Orders ~ which is very heavy in my wedding flowers line. I try to ship within time frame I have discussed with you after we have finalized the details of your flower order. At the time of purchase, I give you an approx ship date. I am always in great communication with you, including my phone number and e-mail so that you know exactly where I stand to get your bouquets to arrive well enough in time for your gorgeous day!

International Shipping: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office, VAT, Royal Post, etc. to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
I only ship USPS Priority Mail, insured, or First Class International on smaller items like flower crowns, in a box even small items are packed carefully in a box. My hard work and your purchases are too valuable to not ship properly. Delivery times are only estimates, I try hard to work with you. But I have no control over package issues once it is outside of the US. For this reason, please allow ample time for your package to reach you, at least 2 - 3 weeks, sometimes longer. Please be familiar with customs of your country, I am not responsible for custom policies in other countries, duties or tariffs. Buyer is responsible for any duty fees charged by their country. Sorry, I do not lie on custom forms, the items are marked "Merchandise".

International Shipping Returns: If your country refuses my package and returns it to me due to customs, unpaid fees, etc, or undeliverable to you, I am not responsible for the re-ship cost, and also not responsible to refund the shipping cost due to customs or country situations out of my control. I can try to reship it again to you after we have communicated and buyer pays for re-ship and depending on the circumstance.

**MICHIGAN RESIDENTS** I am located in Oakland/Livingston counties and you are welcome to pick up your orders and save on shipping. Let me know and I can re-adjust the shipping in the listing, or do a reserved/custom listing for you :-)
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders: Most of my wedding flowers are custom orders from you, the bride according to your tastes, style and colors. I do have in stock items that are readily available. I do accomodate rush orders, last minute situations. These depend on my work load and product availability. Generally, custom wedding work takes about 4 - 6 weeks to complete. I will let you know at the time of ordering my current work time frame..
Upcharges regarding custom changes: I am flexible when it comes to creating for you, sometimes my first design may need detail adjustments according to what you like. However, reasonable time and labor considerations require if after 2 changes, if more major changes in design are needed there are revision labor fees of $100 per change.

Product Availability: Sometimes specific florals, ribbons, embellishments are not available as pictured. I communicate well with you in this regard and offer other options. Or you can leave some of those decisions up to me. I usually get a good feel of what you like, and I do my best work with creativity and flexibility, keeping in mind your individual tastes!

Bouquet Photos: I shoot the photos of all my bouquets. Most of these pics are taken outside in natural light and I do not color correct. I try to have my pics as accurate as possible, but certain color tones can change in photography (especially blues and purples). If you ever have a concern or question of the true shade of a color, I can mail you a blossom/swatch to give you a better idea.
Ultimately, sometimes Brides prefer to purchase a sample of a bouquet before deciding on their order. This idea is sometimes helpful to defray disappointment in a quantity order.

Shipping: Sometimes the shipping price seems high. Unfortunately, even silk florals are fragile and I need to be able to pack properly in large enough boxes. I ship USPS Priority Mail within US, and USPS Air Mail Internationally. I do try to combine shipping to save you the most in shipping costs. Everything is insured for damage, however, I have wonderful success with USPS!

Guarantees/Refunds: I have a high rate of success with satisfied customers. It’s mostly due to my knack for style and color, but also to my communication and working off pics between both of us. You will see pics of your order before I send it out. So, Refunds are at my discretion, since it is difficult to return customized creations designed just for you. I do work you to meet your satisfaction. Your 100% satisfaction is very important to me, as well as Superb Customer Service!
