How can I request a refund if item was damaged?
Refunds will be issued if the product was damaged during shipping. I will require photographs of the damage. Refund will be issued in 7 business days.
The bow/mesh were flat or moved when received
Ribbons and Mesh may be flatten or moved during shipping and will require you to fluff them out and adjust to your liking. If you contact me I will be happy to direct you on how to do this.
I have a AmourFrontDoor coupon code but it doesn't work with the wreath I want
Unfortunately Etsy does not auto-include all new listings into previous coupon codes.
We try to stay on top of it to keep all wreaths included in your coupon, but mistakes happen.
Please reach out to us and we can get it fixed quickly!

Yes, absolutely!
If you are purchasing on Etsy, there is an option while checkout to mark it as a Gift and include your message. If you have already placed the order, simply message us and we will be happy to include a message with your Gift! 🙂
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
NO. Due to Etsy's shipping settings, I am unable to adjust the shipping price for individual states, and so any orders outside the continental US will be cancelled. Sorry!
Do you ship to PO or HC Boxes?
Simple answer - Bows: Yes, Wreaths, Door Hangers and Swags: No.
Due to USPS shipping costs with larger boxes, we are unable to ship any larger items like Wreaths to PO or HC Boxes.
