Reaching your goals doesn't have to be hard and challenging!

Hello my name is Shalynne Barr, affectionately known as Coach Shalynne.

When I first began my personal wellness journey in 2015, I was excited, pumped up and ready to go and then came the ups and downs, the wins, the losses and the plateau that I didn't even know what that meant at the time: what a challenging time in my life.

All I knew was that I needed to get my cholesterol lowered so I could get off my medication, address my white blood cell count and regulate the levels and I needed to get 35lbs. off my 5-foot frame so my back would stop hurting and I could stop dry-heaving when I went up and down the stairs.

Along the way, the only thing that I could return to for support time and time again was my journals where I could write out my thoughts, my planners where I could track my habits and motivational support that kept me or I should say would re-direct me when I needed help.

It is with this premise that I now design journals, planners, printables and calendars (coming soon!) that are engaging, simple-to-use and effective. My tools all come from the spirit of my journey and they worked well and I trust they will do the same for you.

I trust that you feel the coaching support that I am lending to you. After all, we are all in this together and I am so happy to share my journey with you!

How do you handle return and exchanges?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged: digital documents

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3. Digital downloads
4. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
