Exchange Policy: Amtextiles will be happy to exchange or refund any non-custom, non-sale items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged for another item of equal value for 1 week after shipping. No refunds on custom orders.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping on exchanges. Exchanges must have receipt confirmation and insurance, if this was provided in the original shipment. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on any new items. Contact amtextiles before initiating an exchange.

Refunds are considered on an individual basis. Please contact amtextiles before initiating. Custom pieces are non-refundable.

Ambermayhem accepts Paypal as payment for purchases. Payment is due with in 24 hours of purchase. Ambermayhem reserves the right to cancel a sale and re-list after 24 hours of non-payment.

Amtextiles also accepts check and money order payment from US customers only with prior approval. Also, credit cards are accepted. You must convo Amtextiles first before using these payment options. Checks and Money Orders need to be received and cashed before items will be mailed. Checks must be received within 7 days of confirmation of purchase and shop acceptance, or the item will be relisted.

If you request a Reserved listing be listed for you, please purchase within 48 hours.

If you have a discount code, please type it into the message to seller when checking out and wait for a revised Paypal invoice. Discount is taken from cost of item, not shipping costs.

Shipping Policy:

Within the U.S:
Methods: Small items are shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Items over $50 and all one of a kind items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. All items are gift-wrapped in a box and packed safely so that your item will arrive safe and pretty.

International:
USPS First Class International will be used to send international packages. This does not include insurance. If the customer would like insurance,or if it is a one of a kind item/custom item, I will send an additional Paypal invoice for the amount of the upgrade. Insurance is highly recommended.

International customers are responsible for paying any import taxes/duty on packages.

Post Office runs are generally made 2x a week. Any orders received Friday-Sunday will be mailed the following week. If you need speedier delivery, please convo the shop.

Amtextiles cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. However, Amtextiles will help you track down any wily shipments. Please contact me if you have not received a package in 3-4 weeks.

Recycled packaging will be used if possible. I do not include a packing slip as an environmental issue. If you prefer to have one, or a gift receipt, please let me know.

No amtextiles are meant to be worn by those 12 years old, or under.
