Beautiful work and amazing customer service! I needed a bead for a very specific and special gift. Can't thank you enough for going above and beyond to deliver a product that means the world to us.

About

The muse has a wild and vivid imagination...

It all started when I was a child...

OK, OK. I have been making things since I was little. But the paper zoo animals and mud pie furniture of my childhood bear absolutely no resemblance to what I make now. I mean, who in their right mind would let a kid play with FIRE?

But, essentially, that's what I do. I melt glass at extremely high temperatures and form it and decorate it to become glass beads (lampwork). Occasionally I use my beads to make one of a kind earrings and jewelry. And when the weather turns too cold to torch (lampworking requires ventilation to the outside) I do bead embroidery or beadweaving. You could say I'm the hands for the voices in my head. Because sometimes, the voices have really AMAZING ideas.

Actually, that's a portrait of my torch. It's OK, it does most of the work anyway. While it's flaming away, melting glass in it's 1200 degree fire, I'm staring into the flame, hypnotized, and daydreaming.
