Welcome to amwoodpro. We make everything we sell right here in America and we try to use American made materials when making our items. Thank you for considering an American made product . We believe that buying American made products is what is needed to bring America back to it's former glory.
Once payment is made and a shipping label is created you can NOT cancel your order.
We ship UPS unless you have a P.O. Box then we ship USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns for damage from shipping, quality issues or wrong item received. Each case will be evaluated individually and refunds will be issued accordingly. Buyers may be required to pay return shipping. We are honest people, so if you have a legitimate problem we will do the right thing. We also accept returns for other reason like you changed your mind or it doesn't match your kitchen, however buyer pays for the shipping both ways and when the item is returned in good condition a refund will be issued for the item price only. All returns must be shipped no later than 14 days after you received the item. If you alter the item in any way it will not be returnable or refundable. If you have a question please ask before you buy.
