ABOUT OUR PRINTS: Our prints ship in a clear plastic sleeve inside cardboard envelopes. Multiple prints/stickers will be grouped together in a single clear bag to prevent them from getting dirty and secure them for shipping. Sizes listed are approximate and might vary slightly.
***Please note the colors viewed on this site may be different than the actual item due to your monitor settings. Some printed colors will also change depending on the type of light they're viewed in (natural, cold, warm).
***To keep your prints in good shape: Keep them out of direct sunlight. Don't hang/store in areas of extreme temperature changes and/or high humidity (attics, garages, very humid bathrooms, etc). Avoid storing or framing prints with cardboard. Cardboard is acidic and can discolor paper over time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFO - We ship 3-6 times a week. The specific days vary depending on scheduling issues and holidays. Orders ship in 1-2 business days via USPS. You will receive an email from Etsy on the day your package ships. It generally takes 2 to 8 days from your shipping confirmation for most packages to arrive. Because we do not ship every day, we do not offer expedited shipping.
*PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS. If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect mailing address, there will be an additional shipping charge to re-ship your order. Please be aware that the shipping charge for your initial order is a discounted charge and the actual cost of postage (which will be higher than the original charge) will be applied on re-shipped orders. If you do not wish to re-ship your order, your original payment method will be issued a refund for the amount of the items minus actual shipping cost (packaging + postage).
Please include your full name in your shipping address. Some carriers will not deliver if the name on the package is not the registered occupant.
*PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to correctional buildings. They ALWAYS refuse the packages.
*DAMAGED MERCHANDISE - if your order is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible (see shop policies for cut off times). Be prepared to supply photos of all damages, which we will need for claims purposes. Without these things, we will not be able to issue any refunds or replacements. Please keep all packaging materials and the item/s (we might ask that you send the item/s back).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES - I do not accept returns or exchanges. Most items shipped back to me arrive so damaged they can not be re-sold. On the rare occasion I accept a return or exchange, the buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs. Any refunds will be minus the actual postage costs as I do not charge enough to cover the actual shipping and packaging expenses for orders placed in my Etsy shop.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - I have suspended international shipping, due to increasing postage costs and new international regulations, which make it hard on small businesses to continue to conduct international sales efficiently.
