Due to our commitment to provide only the highest
quality jewelry many items at Art Jewelry Online are
considered Made to Order. As such it may take
from 7-14 days to receive purchased merchandise.

the artist to determine if they may meet a shorter
deadline.

Refunds and Exchanges
You may return merchandise for any reason
within 14 days of its receipt. However we may
extend a grace period for gifts bought well in
advance of a holiday. We will handle those
returns on a individual basis. We may choose
to offer a store credit in lieu of a refund when a
grace period beyond 14 days is offered.
Returned Jewelry must be in the same
condition as shipped. Customers are required
to ship all returns in such a way as to avoid
damage. If an item is damaged during the
return shipment as a result of inappropriate
packaging by the customer we will not refund
the purchase price. If the merchandise is
damaged during the initial shipment the
customer must notify us within 3 calendar days
from the time of receipt by either phone or
email to receive the refund and return
instructions. All sales outside of the 48
contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii are
deemed international sales and are not eligible
for return except when the item is damaged
during shipping. Items defined as custom
or commissioned work are not eligible for
return.
