Returns and exchanges
If you are sad when your piece arrives, please let me know. I'll try to make you happy, if I can. Everything is insured, so if it's broken when you open it, we'll get it taken care of. If you break it unwrapping it, it doesn't count.
Payment
Right now, I am only accepting paypal. If you are having trouble with palpal or need assistance, please contact me right away and we'll figure it out. I will work with you if you're having trouble, but will have to return an item to the shop if you do not pay and do not contact me.
Shipping
Right now, I am posting items with shipping for the US, but am willing and able to ship overseas.

I use 100% recylcled packing material. This includes packing peanuts, which help keep your piece safe and shipping costs down. If packing peanuts are going to ruin your day, please let me know and I will find an alternative.

US- I am using USPS standard shipping, which can take about a week to get to you. Please don't get crazed if it takes longer. I try to figure in insurance costs with the shipping rates so that doesn't have to be an issue. I pack my pieces very well, but have seen some unbelievable tragedies before. So let's be careful and go with it.

International- Please contact me before you pay and we'll figure out the best method of shipping for your location. You will be responsible for all customs fees, so they will have to be calculated on a case by case basis. Thanks!
