Who do you want to be today?

We are course and smooth, strong and delicate, sometimes rough around the edges-- my ‘urban chic’ jewelry of hand forged precious metals (and sometimes steel) embraces and reflects the contrasts within us.

I grew up near New York City, then earned an Architecture degree at UW in Seattle and never left this wondrous, mossy yet urban, inspiring full-of-contrasts place. Roots grow!

My artistic passion has always been devoted to seeing the self in relation to the world, creating a sense of place that embraces our own possibilities and contrasts. I believe that one way we self-define is revealed in the way we adorn ourselves; that definition creates a space for our unique vision as we move through the world. ‘Place’ is the anchor that gives scale to our lives. It is cobbled together out of the bits and pieces of worldly evidence and memory that allow us to create ourselves anew each day-- fully human and completely beautiful. I am honored when my jewelry takes part in that daily ritual.

Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, exchanges or returns (your choice) on unused items are permitted if you contact me within 14 days of receiving your items. Payment will be refunded, minus original shipping and handling, upon my receipt of item. All returns must be unused and in the original condition, box, and packaging and shipped back via First Class with delivery confirmation (in US). In most cases there are no returns on custom orders, but that can be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
I offer FREE standard shipping and you may upgrade for Priority shipping. I do not recommend this if you are on or near the west coast as First Class USPS is already quick to nearby areas (I ship from Seattle, WA)

For your convenience, I accept all major credit cards through either PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout.

Sales tax of 10.4% will be added automatically if the item is delivered to Washington State.
All items are shipped to you via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation or a Priority mail upgrade. I insure items at my discretion and expense. If insurance is for over $200 a signature will be required upon delivery and I let you know to expect that.

I ship within 3-5 business days for in-stock items, 7 days for made-to-order and you will be notified when I have shipped your items. Shipping prices include packaging and handling costs as well as postage.

All jewelry comes in either an attractive recycled paper gift box with charming ribbon (suitable for giving) or pouch, depending on jewelry size.

International customers: Not all countries permit importing of my jewelry items, some do, some require Priority with insurance or registration, so costs vary widely even where legal. As an example, shipping to nearby Canada will run about $30 USD due to the requirement to register jewelry merchandise! If you are an international buyer please contact me and I will let you know right away if I can legally ship to you and what the postage price would be. I am willing if your postal system is!
Additional policies and FAQs
I guarantee the quality of my work and if a problem arises within three months of respectful use I will repair the item for free.

Please contact me if you are interested in my wholesale terms.

Sizing details

What does "gauged" mean? Some of my earrings are for "stretched and healed" ears only, meaning the size of the ear piercing has been intentionally enlarged to accommodate a much thicker earring. Standard, run of the mill ear wires are sized from between 18 gauge (a teensy bit thick) to 22 gauge (quite thin). I always specify if my earrings are gauged for bigger holes, and these have their own section in my shop. I also specify if 18 gauge is used, as some with sensitive ears or snug holes need thinner wires. I do NOT specify when the ear wires are 20-22g, as that is a 'normal' size and what most of my standard earrings use.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my jewelry comes gift packaged.

Wholesale availability

All my jewelry is available for wholesale orders, please convo for my terms (minimum first order, etc.). For the most part, the jewelry that is NOT made to order is one of a kind but can still be included in a wholesale order.
