Business Owner Goes Back To What She Loves!

I am a surface pattern designer. I have always wanted to design and after finishing my studies at college and university I still hadn't changed my mind.

I am so happy now to have www.amylucy.uk where I can use my love of surface pattern to print and design products for all occasions. After my art taking a backseat for so long as I had my children and developed my first online business I am very happy to be able to design everyday.

I am mostly inspired by the arts and craft movement I love florals and the old natural vintage feel they provide, I also love the English countryside and the English country garden. My patterns are based around these joys. I like patterns that are natural and full of different elements.

I am working towards having lots of sections to my store, for example Amy Lucy kids, home-ware, pets, stationary, fabric, personalised and clothing. I am excited for the future and the huge potential it holds.

I have built my store around my customers listening to what they want and are searching for. I hope to continue to build a strong brand in the same way.

Amy Lucy is a shop for gifts and home-ware with a difference, my gifts and home-ware have a homely feel and are designed with a dash of joy ready to pass on to the recipient.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you change your mind after you have received the item you must let me know within 30 days that you wish to return the items, then return them to me. They must be in the original packaging and in perfect selling condition for me to give the
refund. Personalised items can not be returned unless faulty as they are custom made for you.

*Please note if you return the items it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. A refund is given for the item but not for the return postage costs.

*I take payments from paypal and Direct Checkout. Payment is due immediately after purchase.

*If you do need a little longer to pay contact me however if i don't hear within three days I have the right to cancel the order.
Shipping
*As soon as I have received payment for your amy lucy order I will get your order shipped within 1-3 working days, mon-friday (not the weekend). I try very hard in getting my orders out on time however things can be delayed with bank holidays and Christmas holidays that I can not control.

*All orders are shipped 2nd class with the royal mail with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.

*Please note orders will be posted to your etsy address so please make sure this is correct and up to date as I am not responsible if the address provided has been incorrect. If you do need to change the address please email me to let me know and i can change it.

*I can not be held responsible for loss or damage when it has left my presence.

*2nd class delivery time scale in 3-5 days. So from payment taken I dispatch within 1-3 working days and then it is sent and delivered within 3-5 working days. So from payment taken an estimate of 8 days is given.

If you need it sooner let me know and I can upgrade your postage to 1st class postage, for an extra cost.

Unfortunately due to the way our order management system works, we are unable to make any amendments or changes to any personalised orders you have already placed.
