Custom and personalized orders
I welcome custom orders for both cupcake decorations and printable products. Please let me know your idea and I'll let you know if I can help you out.
Shipping
**HOLIDAY SHIPPING** Last day to place order for Christmas Delivery is Monday December 5th!!
US Orders: All orders are shipped USPS - First Class. Delivery takes about 3-7 days once shipped. Once your order ships you will be e-mailed the tracking number.
Returns, exchanges and Refunds
Due to the custom nature and time put into a majority of my items they are not returnable. If a mistake is made on my end like sending the wrong color, incorrect information on invite/art print, quantity or item I will make it right and ship you the correct item.
Color Accuracy and Copyright
Please note that ALL computer monitors display colors differently. I do my best to make the photos of my products look as close to their actual colors but I can not guarantee that the colors will be an exact match to what you see on your computer screen.
All artwork has come from my own ideas and drawn by me. No clip-art used here folks, only original designs. All designs, artwork and photos are copyright Amy Miller.

Aluminum Ornaments: 4-7 business days plus shipping days
Art Prints: 2 business days plus shipping days
Printable/Digital Items: if an item (such as invitations) requires personalized information please allow 3 business days to receive your .pdf or .jpg file by e-mail. Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received your file(s) in a timely manner.
