Absolutely the worst experience. Not only I didn’t get my item cause it was never shipped, but seller completely ignores all of my messages. Now, three weeks after initially ordering, trying to get a refund isn’t an easy task as well, so I’d save your time and money and order from somebody else. Simply disappointing.

This was a great kit. Loved that everything you needed was provided. The only thing I had to find was something small like a toothpick to add in color. This was fun and instructions was easy to follow. All the information was provided.

Seller did not respond to messages and product was never shipped. Etsy refunded my money. I understand life happens, but a simple message that the order couldn’t be completed would have been fine. Instead I got no response for days/weeks.

I love my new tray, it was the perfect addition to my vanity to hold my most used skincare products instead of them being strewn all over the counter. The customer service was incredible, I bought this as part of a "seconds sale" where it was discounted due to some imperfections but the piece was stolen as it was waiting to be picked up for shipping! The shop owner let me know what was going on and also sent me a brand new piece!

Arrived nicely packaged but had a yellow stain on it. Luckily I was able to get it out using soap. Otherwise, it’s nice.

Love these coasters! Goes perfectly with my home aesthetic.
