Please read the information below to give you an idea of what to expect from me regarding payment, shipping and refunds etc.

However don't hesitate to contact me regarding any issues you may have while using my shop. I am always open to discussion.

Where possible I would like my customers to enjoy owning my work as much as I have enjoyed creating it! :)

Accepted payment methods

I currently accept payment by paypal directly through this website however if you have an enquiry regarding another form of payment please get in touch.

Items will be dispatched when payment has been submitted, processed and received.
Items under £30 will be dispatched using a 1st class untracked service. Items of £30 or more will be dispatched using a tracked postage service and insured for the value of the item. In case your order does not arrive as expected please contact me. Where possible a replacement will be sent, if the item is a one off or the last of a limited edition and cannot be replaced I may be able to produce a similar item in it's place for you or offer a refund if preferred. (In some situations I may need a written confirmation that you did not receive your order for insurance purposes)

Where possible items will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of your order, however some items are produced to order as I cannot yet afford to hold large amounts of stock. This may cause additional delay but if this is the case I will contact customers with an estimate of the delay and give the opportunity to change or cancel the order.

If you need items in a hurry or you would like to make special arrangements to collect etc please contact me. I am happy to help where possible.

All items will be shipped in protective packaging however if an item arrives damaged or with damaged packaging please let me know so I can make things right and learn for future orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order please get in touch with me and I will do what I can to make things right.

Where possible I will replace lost or damaged orders. If for any reason you are still not happy with the replacement I will offer a refund. However you may be charged for listing and shipping costs incurred if I deem your reason for return unreasonable or against the operating policies of Etsy.

Please make sure you contact me straight away if you have made a purchase in error as you may be charged for any listing and shipping costs incurred.
