Custom and personalized orders
The easiest way to place a custom order request is to Convo me. Tell me what you have in mind and I will create a Custom Listing and send you a link to purchase. All Custom Orders must be paid in full before I start production.
Wholesale availability
YES! If you're curious about a custom order for your business or event, or if you're wanting to sell my goods in your shop, please convo me for pricing.
Custom Emrboidery Design
If you have a design in mind, please convo me with your idea and I'd love to help turn that into reality. There is an additional fee to design and digitize (starting at $10 - depending on complexity and size).
Custom Hat
Like a design but want it on a different hat? Convo me with what you have in mind and I will do my best to find the style (or something similar).

Shipping & Delivery
I ship 2-3 times a week and offer FREE shipping for all orders over $25. Free and Standard USPS First Class shipping is usually a 3-7 day delivery (not guaranteed). You can UPGRADE to USPS Priority at checkout (usually a 2-5 day delivery, not guaranteed). Once the item is dropped off at the Post Office with tracking information, it is out of my hands and entrusted to the USPS to arrive at your doorstep safely. I am NOT responsible for packages lost in the mail. For this reason, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing INSURANCE at checkout. Thank you for understanding that makers and sellers do not control the USPS.
