I proudly prefer to use American made materials and equipment to make my button products.


Please read my shop policies before purchase. Many questions you have about my shop will be answered here and this helps me spend more time completing orders. If you do not see your question answered here, please email me. If you do not receive a reply within 12 hours on a weekday, please send your message again. I receive a large amount of emails and messages each day and it could have been overlooked. Messages sent on weekends (Friday-Sunday) will most likely be answered on Monday. Questions should be asked before purchasing through private conversations, and not asked in the notes to seller during checkout.

This shop has a 3-5 business day turnaround time on button orders. Grab bag purchases will take 1-3 business days to mail out. Business days are Monday-Friday and excludes weekends and holidays. Allow an extra 2-5 days for First Class US shipping. Orders are completed in the order payments are received. There are not any exceptions to this. I compete all orders as quickly as possible. If you contact me inquiring about when an item will ship, this is the same response you will receive. I receive numerous messages everyday about this and it is takes a lot of time away from completing orders.

I ship all orders out as soon as possible. Please do not leave a date that you need your order by when checking out if it is out of my turanaround time. I will cancel your order and refund your money. This is the same for those who do not make themselves aware of my turnaround time prior to placing their order. Orders must be completed in the order they are received and it is not fair to someone who planned ahead to have their order pushed back for someone who did not.

If you request a custom listing for an item and do not purchase within 48 hours, I will not set up another listing for you, if you ask again.

I am not accepting custom orders at this time.

There are no refunds or exchanges on grab bags. They are sold as is.

All orders are shipped First Class (2-5 days) with Delivery Confirmation. Please contact me for international shipping. I am not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or damaged packages through the USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance for your pacakge, please contact me prior to purchasing for insurance rates through the USPS.


I ship to the address the buyer provides through Paypal. If you need to correct your address, I will need to cancel your order and refund your purchase so that you can check out using the correct address.

I do ship internationally but the order must be for $50.00 or less. Please keep in mind that it could take 1-4 weeks after shipment for delivery of international orders.

The only discounts that are offered are the current coupon codes that are running. These will be found on the front page of my Etsy shop or on my Facebook page ( I will discount for large orders (20+) of the same style, size, and color/print of a bow. This is not the same thing as placing a large order of many different colors, sizes, or styles of bows which requires more time switching ribbons, cutting ribbons, or using different techniques to make bows.

An item can be returned for a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order. I will go by the date of delivery that is provided by the USPS. When returning an item to me, you must purchase Delivery Confirmation. THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON GRAB BAG ITEMS.

If you are using my buttons in children's products, be sure that the button and its pieces are secure enough that they can not pull them off.

Wholesale prices are only offered to retailers, gift shops, and school spirit or gift shops/PTO/PTA. Please email me at analiesenoell [!at] with for more information.

Please occasionally check your Etsy conversations if you have an order placed with me. Sometimes I have a question about something on your order and this will push back your order being completed if I have to wait for a reply. If you leave a message for me and do not receive a reply within 12 hours on a weekday, please send me a message again. I receive so many emails and conversations each day, it is possible I overlooked your message or it was moved to a spam folder.

I use professional modeling services for my products. Please do not message me about product/picture exchanges.

Please do not use or share any pictures of my products or models without my written permission. Please be respectful of my time, models, and the photographers. If you would like to share a picture, please link directly to my shop and give credit where it is due.

If I am emailed with a question about suppliers I use for my products or instructions on how to make my products, most likely I will skip over these messages. These are the ONLY emails and messages I will not respond to.
