If you decide you do not want the order, that decision must be made before your order is made into buttons. After the custom buttons are made, I will not refund or exchange your order. When returning an item to me, you must purchase Delivery Confirmation. Orders mailed back to me for an unapproved return/exchange will be returned to sender (if unopened) and a refund will not be issued. If the package has been opened, the buyer will be responsible for payment to reship the package and a refund for the order will not be issued.

Priority Mail Express: Overnight Shipping. USPS does have a money back guarantee for the delivery time on this service, but package must be received before certain times. Purchasing this service only upgrades your shipping, not my turnaround time. If you also want to upgrade your order's turnaround (processing) time, you must also pay for a rush order.

Once your order leaves my hands and is turned over to the United States Postal Service, I have no control over the time it takes to arrive to you, the condition you receive it if it is damaged by sorting machines or mail handlers, or if it is lost. If your package shows delivery, but you claim you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office/postal inspector to report this. I do not replace orders in this situation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are not available for custom orders, grab bags, or "SALE" items.

Because the majority of my products are for special occasions, approval is needed to return/exchange any product in my shop. If return/exchange is approved, it must be mailed and postmarked within 3 business days of receiving the order. I will go by the date of delivery that is provided by the USPS. When returning an item to me, you must purchase Delivery Confirmation. Orders mailed back to me for an unapproved return/exchange will be returned to sender (if unopened) and a refund will not be issued. If the package has been opened, the buyer will be responsible for payment to reship
the package and a refund for the order will not be issued.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND ARE CONSIDERING LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, please contact me first. It does not give me a fair chance to correct the problem if I only find out about it through feedback. I receive an extremely high amount of sales and mistakes are occasionally made.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Is there a way to get my order quicker?

Rush processing (turnaround) time and shipping upgrades are available during checkout.

Rush orders are completed outside of my regular hours so that they do not push other orders back. If I am not able to accept any rush orders, this option will not be available.
