Pretty Shiny Things for Geeks, Friends and Pets
Ich bin ein Caltech-ausgebildeter Wissenschaftler, der zum Software-Projektmanager wurde, und im Herzen ein Geek. Ich fing an, Schmuck herzustellen, indem ich hässliche Kaufhaus- und Secondhand-Stücke auseinandernahm und recycelte.
Ich verbrachte viele glückliche Stunden in den 80er Jahren damit, meinen Commodore 64 Computer zu programmieren, während alle anderen Kinder aus der Nachbarschaft draußen spielten. Dann verbrachte ich viel Zeit im College und in der Graduiertenschule und spielte mit Molekülen und Zellen.
Jetzt balanciere ich meine Leidenschaft für Computer und Technologie mit der Liebe zur Herstellung von funkelnden, manchmal farbenfrohen, einzigartigen handgefertigten Schmuckstücken und skurrilen Geschenken mit einem wissenschaftlichen Thema aus.
Ich entdeckte Metallarbeiten und nutze meine Liebe zum geschriebenen Wort, um handgestanzte Metall-ID-Tags, Schlüsselanhänger, Hochzeitsgelübdekarten und mehr herzustellen. Ich liebe es, dass meine Kunden mir genug vertrauen, um meine Stücke für ihre besonderen Anlässe zu verschenken.
Dinge, die ich liebe: Symmetrie, Beagles, Sterlingsilber, alles Glitzernde, Perlen, Papercrafting-Zubehör, Chemie, Rottweiler, Dackel, finnische Metal-Bands und BMW M3 Blue.
Ich spende $ 1 an die Humane Society of Southern Arizona für jede verkaufte Haustier-ID-Tag. Wir haben unseren süßen Erdnusshund 2002 dorthin gebracht.

I'm a Caltech-educated scientist-turned-software project manager, and a geek at heart. I started making jewelry by taking apart and recycling ugly department store and thrift store pieces.
I spent many happy hours in the 80s programming my Commodore 64 computer while all the other neighborhood kids played outside. Then I spent a lot of time in college and graduate school playing with molecules and cells.
Now I balance my passion for computers and technology with a love for creating sparkly, sometimes colorful, unique handcrafted jewelry and quirky gifts with a science theme.
I discovered metalwork and use my love for the written word to make hand stamped metal ID tags, keychains, wedding vow cards and more. I love that my customers trust me enough to give my pieces for their most special occasions.
Things I love: symmetry, beagles, sterling silver, anything sparkly, beads, papercrafting supplies, chemistry, rottweilers, dachshunds, Finnish metal bands and BMW M3 blue.
I donate $1 to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona for every pet ID tag sold. We got our sweet Peanut dog there in 2002.
