Returns and Refunds
Please note that I do not accept returns unless an item is faulty or significantly not as described.

In the unlikely event of this, please contact me by email to advise you are returning the item and I will then provide you with instructions for returns.

I will then refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days, providing that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched, then you must return the item to me at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded unless an item is faulty, nor will I refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU. Neither will I accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit.
For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

Customised or commissioned items cannot be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders

By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted, will result in a binding contract. An order confirmation email confirms that the contract is formed.
Purchases may be made using a debit or credit card through PayPal, the secure online payment facility. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Anastasia Young reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, and reserves the right to refuse any order.

Terms of Sale
On receipt of payment for the goods that you ordered, you will receive an acceptance e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. My acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding contract. Therefore, only adults (persons aged 18 and over) and other individuals who are lawfully entitled to enter into a legally binding contract under English law can make a purchase.
Please note: Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Standard shipping does not include tracking, but does include insurance.

International Orders
Delivery times vary greatly for orders outside the UK. I always aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping to the US typically takes between 9 and 21 days.
International orders may be subject to import taxes and fees payable at time of delivery. These fees are not refundable, and are the responsibility of the customer. I also do not refund international shipping costs. Orders returned due to refusal to pay possible import taxes are not fully refundable. If you have questions about international orders, please contact me.

I am happy to make up custom orders, but be aware that these will take up to 28 days before shipping.

Every effort has been made to illustrate the jewellery on this shop accurately. Due to different computer monitor sizes, the jewellery cannot be shown at the actual size. I try to give as detailed as possible measurements and descriptions in the product descriptions. Please email me should you wish for more information or to see an item being worn.
