Returns and exchanges

I will offer a ful refund if the item is returned within a two week period due to you deciding that it is not right for you. I will offer free repair on the jewelry for up to one year after purchase. (please note, there may be things that I simply cannot repair and we will have to work something out)

Payment

Payment is set forth via etsy using paypal, however I have a home site at http://www.anatomology.com which takes other forms of payment.

Shipping

I try to ship out your merchandise with in a day or two of you placing your order, but sometimes, pieces have to be cast and it may take longer. I use USPS mail because I find it to be efficient and inexpensive. If you would like to use a different form of shipping, then please let me know when you place your order. I would be happy to add a gift card and message to your order- just let me know in the comments when you place your order.
