We even discussed about modifying the frog’s back legs and I adore how they don’t stick out to the side. I love my new robot and the froggy robot bags!

Returns and exchanges
Any defective merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 3 months of order date. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on any order (except custom orders and final sale items), but only defective merchandise will be reimbursed shipping costs. Returns (except on manufacturing faults) will not be refunded the original shipping cost, but will receive the original purchase price back, and be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please ask any questions before you purchase!
Please contact us before you return any order. All returned items must be in NEW, UNUSED condition. All returns must be sent through the regular postal system. We will not accept returns sent through DHL, UPS, or any courier; the delivery will be refused and returned to you, at your cost.
We will replace, or repair (where appropriate) any manufacturing faults for three months from the date you recieve your item; though exceptions will be made on a case by case basis; excluding final sale items. This means that anything that is a result of manufacturing error or defective materials, we will gladly fix for free (and reimburse your shipping). If you want any adjustments/alterations, repairs or other such work that isn’t because of manufacturing or material defects, we’ll do it for a nominal fee, but you pay shipping. If anything goes wrong with your item, we want to hear about it!
Payment
Anatomy of a Skirt accepts PayPal for payment. Paypal is a secure site for online eCheck and Credit Card payments. After you go through our Shopping Cart, you will be directed to the PayPal website to pay for your order. Please Note: Only orders which are paid for will be processed!
Shipping
All robots come packaged in a perfectly-sized shipping box, and will be securely packed within the box. Purses will ship either in a box or padded envelope.
Shipping
We do our best to get your item made within 5 business days of purchase (custom orders may take longer)! You should get your order in about two to three weeks (keep in mind, we are shipping from Canada!). Please note that occasionally items do get slowed down at customs. Any duties, customs, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. All North American shipping prices are for air or ground shipping, which does not include a tracking number, and are NOT trackable- we will not be held responsible for lost or missing items, though we will do our utmost to help you with any lost items. International items are shipped via ground. If you wish a faster method of shipping, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
