    Returns and exchanges
    No refunds unless there is a major issue. First we will try to remake to satisfy each customer. If a package is lost by the post office or undelivered we will first attempt to find the package with the post office. A case will be opened and we will go from there. I will do my best to locate it before remaking and sending to you again. I hope you will help me in the process of that. Once the package leaves my hands it is not my responsibility but I will do my best to help you find your package
    Refunds are a LAST step and resort and will not just be given often. I will do everything I can to make you happy.

    Shipping
    **CURRENT PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME IS 4-6 WEEKS** Items very well might be shipped sooner, but at this moment this is our time frame in order to accommodate shifting (and busy) life schedules. We use USPS and will issue a tracking number with every package. Most products are shipped first class to save you the most money, any shipping overages will be returned to you.
