anawhat's Shop Policies

Welcome to anawhat!

All my work is HANDMADE.

I work with paper based clays only. For color I use copic markers and watercolors. I sometimes I use paper mediums to ad color and/or texture.

I hardly ever use metals so most my jewelry is allergy free.

I accept payments with PAYPAL.

Customers who don't have a Paypal account and what to pay with CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD please choose the Paypal option during the etsy 'checkout' process anyway. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. This will take you to a screen that is a paypal longin, here you will find an option "dont have a paypal account? no problem. continue to check out " click the 'continue to checkout' option and you will be able to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign whit Paypal.

Ready to ship orders will be shipped within 2 days. Custom orders may take loguer, 1 to 3 weeks, I'll keep in touch regarding that. Let me know if you need faster shipping and I will let you know when a determined item is bound to take a little longer to make.

I'm currently living between USA and Portugal. Some items will be shipped from Portugal, others from the USA. The Shipping rates will be frequently readjusted accordingly and shipping might be slower when intercontinental.

The shipping's from the USA will be handled by my handsome boyfriend. Please forgive him if the package is slightly simplified.. :)

If you happen to be in the same city I am let me know and you might be able to bail out on the shipping rates over a coffee ;)

Refunds and Exchanges

if you are in whatever manner displeased with your purchase please notify me and I'm sure we will find a solution.

Please make sure you handle your items properly. Air dry paper clay, even if coated, is a delicate material. Best keep away from water, animals and stamping.

Additional Policies and FAQs
