anchorgreetings' Shop Announcement

I've added letterpress flat cards to my shop with more designs to come. I use a 1959 Kelsey Excelsior letterpress to print custom designs. Come back in July for a very special tribute to St. Cecilia!

The name and logo of Anchor Greetings were inspired by Early Christian history. The anchor is a symbol of hope and of Christ and serves as a crypto-cross. The boat is a symbol of the Church. Early Christian art depicts boats with their anchors hooked to Heaven, a metaphor for the journey of life and hope of salvation. Anchor Greetings offers messages of hope.

Charity. Anchor Greetings recognizes the dignity of human life and donates 10% of proceeds to Shared Hope International, a non-profit organization that fights human trafficking. Find out more at

Environment. Non-letterpress cards are printed on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper; paper comes from well-managed forests. About 60% of cards are printed on paper with a percentage of post-consumer waste. Red and blue envelopes are recycled. Anchor Greetings has future environmental goals planned. If you have any questions, please ask.

I create the graphics and research and write the stories. - JM

Note on shipping: for orders with multiple items, shipping costs are combined and any overages are reimbursed.

If you are with a Church or other organization and are interested in wholesale (minimum of 50 cards [and envelopes] of a design), please contact me for more information.
