Truly an amazing and dedicated seller. I had noticed that the package was shipped out a day or two later than anticipated, but I didn't really think anything of it(when it comes to Etsy sellers I realize that shipping times sometimes take longer, they're people with lives and I respect that.) I received the package today to find out they paid for expedited shipping and gave me an extra kit for the inconvenience. I've been having trouble with poor customer service from big national companies lately and I'm looking more and more to small businesses. This has reinvigorated my efforts to switch. Truly an amazing seller. I will be favoriting their shop and buy from them again in the future.
