¡Todo comenzó con el amor por diseñar cosas divertidas y hermosas! Mi esposo y yo tenemos 5 hijos, y me quedo en casa con ellos y les doy clases en casa, ¡así que tener una salida a un lado también era importante para mí! Hace años y años mi marido y yo trabajamos juntos para crear carteles de madera pintados. Él medía, cortaba y lijaba, y yo añadía mis diseños y pintaba. Al final, era necesario cambiar las cosas. Me diagnosticaron artritis reumatoide a una edad temprana y realmente me estaba afectando. La naturaleza repetitiva de crear los letreros de madera llegó a ser demasiado dolorosa en mis manos. Sabía que quería seguir creando diseños, ¡así que me volví digital! Descubrí que aún podía seguir mi pasión por el diseño y al mismo tiempo salvar mis manos y mi cuerpo de mucho dolor. Esto fue un claro recordatorio para mí de que en medio de cosas frustrantes y difíciles, Dios siempre tiene un "Y" para mí.

It all started with a love of designing fun and beautiful things! My husband and I have 5 kids, and I stay at home with them and homeschool, so having an outlet on the side was important to me too! Years and years ago my husband and I worked together to create painted wooden signs. He would measure, cut and sand, and I would add my designs and paint. Eventually, things needed to change. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at a young age, and it was really catching up to me. The repetitive nature of creating the wood signs just got to be too painful in my hands. I knew I wanted to be able to still create designs, so I turned digital! I found I could still follow my passion of design while saving my hands and body from lots of pain. This was such a clear reminder to me that in the midst of frustrating and difficult things, God always has an "AND" for me.
