    Pecos Vegas is the owner of Caviar Dreams. He chose the name of the shop because of his love of seafood. He really doesn't do a lot of the day to day tasks for the shop however, he leaves that up to the Curator and his staff.

Payment
I accept direct checkout through Etsy or payment via Paypal. I can set up a layaway plan with installments up to 90 days out (with an immediate payment of 25%). If the full balance is not paid by the 90th day, the piece of jewelry remains the property of Caviar Dreams and all but the 25% initial payment will be refunded to compensate for the loss in advertising time the seller experienced.

NO ITEMS WILL BE RESERVED FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT 25% DOWN.
Shipping
I ship out next day for purchases placed by 9:00pm EST. (Please Note: this means that within one business day of you placing your order I will gift wrap, pack and take your item/s to the post office. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ITEM WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY, IT WILL HOWEVER BE MAILED WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY).

As an ‘international’ buyer... Customs fees are not shipping fees and are added on by the recipeint's country. These fees cannot be calculated by Caviar Dreams nor paid ahead of time. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Also note, Caviar Dreams is NOT responsible for any packages that are either delayed or never received when shipped to international and domestic USA addresses.

Any domestic shipping delays or non deliveries incurred by USPS, is NOT the responsiblity of Caviar Dreams. All orders will have USPS tracking numbers with delivery confirmation.

International customs fees are are not shipping fees and are fees added on by the recipient's country. These fees cannot be calculated by this shop nor paid ahead of time.

If you would like something shipped overnight please contact me and I will calculate the additional shipping cost for overnight delivery to your location and add that additional cost to the shipping for your item before purchase. Insurance is provided for items over $100 (shipping to U.S. addresses only) and optional for all other items at the buyer's expense if requested.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS:
Any item can be returned for any reason and receive a full refund minus the return postage. A return must be postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date the item was delivered to the buyer. Both of these dates will be validated by the tracking number. Return postage should include tracking and insurance is recommended. If the item is not received due to loss or theft during the postal delivery process no refund will be issued. Loss or theft is the risk of the buyer.

There will be no partial refunds for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was mailed from the seller.

I do want all of my customers to be happy. I have a 100% positive feedback rating. Please feel free to review the comments of my prior, and several repeat customers before you purchase in my shop. I simply have this policy to protect all of my customers, current and future, in addition to my shop to enable the continued service I provide Etsy shoppers.

Caviar Dreams does not negotiate on the listing price nor participate in trades. Please do not inquire about this.

PURCHASING VINTAGE ITEMS:
These items are vintage and by definition may have been worn and loved for many years. Therefore they will not be perfect as would and should be expected of a new jewelry item.

Please ask any questions that you may have about an item prior to making a purchase. I welcome questions. If you need more information about an item or additional pictures to make a purchase decision please convo me.

INSURANCE FOR PURCHASES:
If the listing does not state "insurance included" and you would like to add it, contact me and I will add it to the shipping price. If you do not contact me before purchase to add the insurance cost and it does not state in the listing that insurance is included, the item will ship uninsured at your own risk. Therefore, you will be considered to have declined insurance if you have not contacted me before purchase and have not paid for it (if not already included as part of the listing). If you have declined as outlined previously then the item will ship without insurance and I cannot be responsible for damage, loss or theft.
