Hello and welcome to my shop. Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding my shop policies or items for sale.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
I accept payment via PayPal only. Prompt payment at the time of purchase is expected and appreciated. If payment is not made within 3 days of purchase it will result in re-listing the item.
Typically I will ship your item 1-3 business days from the date your payment is received. All unframed art is shipped flat. Items can be shipped insured for an additional fee. International shipping rates do not include insurance or delivery confirmation. If you have concerns over lost or damaged items I recommend adding insurnace and delivery confirmation. Any overage estimate for international shipping, less the cost of packaging, will be refunded to the buyer. Please do not ask to mark your shipment as a gift or alter the price paid.

Some of my creations have taken weeks or months to complete. For this reason I want to do everything I can to package your purchase so it arrives in pristine condition.
Refunds and Exchanges
All costume jewelry is guaranteed to your satisfaction. In the event it does not meet your expectations, email me upon receipt of the item. I will refund your payment ONLY UPON IMMEDIATE RETURN of the item in the same condition and method in which it was mailed to you. Return cost of shipping, delivery confirmation and insurance (if included in the original shipment) is the buyer's responsibility.

All sales on artwork and headbands are final. If you have any questions regarding this feel free to contact me.

I try to photograph and describe each item in detail. However, if I miss something in the description I'm happy to answer your questions, unless it's one of my trade secrets. :) Also, please keep in mind computer screens may vary in how they display color. If there is a concern regarding the color of any item (like you're trying to match it to something) feel free contact me.

A full refund (including shipping) will be given in the event of gross misrepresentation (which I would never do intentionally). Please keep in mind when purchasing my vintage items, they are previously owned and in used condition. If you have concerns regarding lost or damaged items please contact me for prior to your purchase for a shipping estimate to include insurance and delivery confirmation.

Thank you for understanding.
Additional policies and FAQs
All works are copyrighted to Andie Haynes and may not be reproduced, resold or distributed. You are solely purchasing the artwork and not the rights to it.

Pricing is based on three variables.
First and foremost is how much do I like the work and at what
price am I willing to part with it.

Second is the amount of time invested in creating the piece.

Third is the cost of materials used.

When you handle unframed, works on paper, ideally you should use new, cotton gloves. This is because of the natural oils in your skin which can transfer to the work. Typically this is impractical. The alternative is to make sure you wash your hands with soap before you handle the print.

When you pick up the print, provide complete support from underneath. NEVER pick up a print like you would pick up a dinner plate (thumb on top, fingers underneath). Larger prints should be cradled, using both hands (palms open) underneath.

If you are planning on framing the work, always use acid free products (matts). Never back the work with cardboard (contains acid). Always use plexiglass as opposed to glass. It's slightly more expensive but well worth it. If the framed work falls, broken glass can pierce the artwork. Clean plexiglass with a damp, soft cloth (use water). Do not use any cleaning product like windex.

Your interest is appreciated. However, I am unable to accept wholesale/consignment accounts.
