Packages and Protection
I ship worldwide from Budapest (Hungary). You can choose standard shipping or shipping with tracking number.
All my postcards, prints and posters are packed very carefully with the use of material to protect.
All items are in different matching envelopes, cardboard envelopes and cellophane sleeves. If you would like to get a plastic-free package, just let me know.
Unfortunately there are accidents, and I can’t be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, problematic postal services, but please let me know if your package don’t arrive and I will do my best to help you.
Returns and Refunds
In case you are not satisfied with the final item, maybe just doesn’t fit into your home decor, please let me know and contact me.
I'm happy to replace the item with an alternative one. In case of returning, the sender is fully responsible for the packaging and shipping cost. Only items in original, undamaged condition will be refunded.
If you wish to cancel your order once it has been shipped, I will only issue a refund for the item as long as it is returned in perfect condition, therefore you should return the package to me unopened. Unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded at this stage.
Please note that in case of worldwide emergencies and increased demand on the postal services shipping can take longer than usual.
Shipping details - Time
All orders will be shipped within 1 business day (postcards) and 2-4 business days (prints, posters) after ordering and the payment is cleared.
All orders are shipped via Hungarian Post Services (Magyar Posta). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Please always note that shipping is dependent upon customs and the local postal systems too, so sometimes it might take longer than the official timeline, especiall due to terms like worldwide pandemic emergency, or the increased demand on the postal services during the Holidays. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
Shipping details - Prices
All the shipping prices includes both the shipping and the protective packages.
In case of delayed packages please wait 7 extra weekdays after the official delivery timeline passes and contact me afterwards to discuss the optional replace or refund.
If you would like to have faster shipping or trackable postage please choose shipping with tracking number, or use the „note to seller” box or contact me before making your purchase. Insured, tracked and registreted packages will cost more.
