I will accept returns on a case by case basis. I put a lot of time, love, & attention to detail into each and every piece because it's what I love to do. Every item is crafted in the best way possible; but as with all handmade products, there are little quirks. The beauty of handmade is that each one is a little different. However, if you’re not happy with your item, please send me a message and let's see what we can do to make it right. If there is a return, the buyer pays all shipping costs.

All items, especially fragile ones, are very meticulously packed with the utmost care. I want the item to arrive to you in one piece! However, if something is damage, the buyer will need to provide a photograph of damages so that a claim can be files with shipping insurance.

PROCESSING TIME
Each item in my shop will list its corresponding PROCESSING time. PROCESSING time does not include TRANSIT time. Prior to ordering, please let me know if you need your item mailed quickly and I will try my best to accomodate your request!

I provide tracking numbers with all orders (at no additional charge) so that you can know when to expect your item. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

**PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT AND MESSAGE US ASAP IF CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE**. Buyers are responsible for either retrieving the items from the old address or repurchasing items to have them reshipped to the new address.

**IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN UNACCEPTED ADDRESS, THE BUYER MUST RE-PURCHASE SHIPPING**. Buyers are responsible for reordering the items. Orders cannot be rerouted once they have shipped.

**We do not accept orders addressed to third-party shipping services, PO Boxes, or temporary addresses. If we suspect your order is placed via any of the aforementioned methods, you will be contacted and your order will be refunded.

**We are not responsible for shipping charges involved in re-sending the package if items are marked "Return to Sender", and the buyer must wait for us to receive the original package back until we ship the items. In some cases, the post office may not leave the package if there is no safe space to do so. The post office leaves a note for the buyer instructing them to pick their items up at the post office. If they buyer does not pick up their items at the post office in time, they are shipped back to the sender.

**Once a package leaves our building, we are not responsible for any problems or delays with the carrier (USPS). If you are having trouble, please contact USPS directly or you can contact us and we will advise you how to contact USPS support.

**If Etsy's shipping label generator notifies us of a problem with your address, we will notify you immediately and request address clarification. In order for you to receive your order quickly, we request that you get back to us in a timely manner. We are not responsible for shipping delays if we need address clarification.

All orders shipped USPS unless otherwise indicated. And Other Adventures is not responsible for any shipping delays experienced through the carrier once the package has shipped from our building.

If you are having problems tracking your package please contact me directly. Orders that are suspected "lost" or "stolen" may be replaced after the USPS has conducted an investigation. Packages may be marked "signature required" by request for an additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please keep in mind that transit times can vary greatly! Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7-14 days.


When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally. Once we've shipped your package, we can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service...and sometimes they unfortunately take their sweet time!


CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES
You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing. I have NO control over your country's customs and duty charges. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty and cannot reflect these fees in our pricing. These are NOT extra shipping charges. Customers are responsible for knowing their country’s customs and duty policies.


TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port, but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas.
