MADE PER ORDER PIECES
Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry I do not currently accept returns on made to order pieces. Everything I make is handmade and takes time as well as the investment in the materials to create your chosen piece, as I do not sit on stock. I have clear photos and descriptions which accurately describe the pieces, and you're free to contact me for any more product information if needed. I will happily answer any questions that you have.
Do you Rhodium Plate your White Gold?
No, As an Eco Friendly jeweler I do not like taking away the inherent natural color of 14k White Gold.
My 14k White Gold will have a slight yellowish or gray tinge since this is the natural way that 14k White Gold looks like. What you see in mass produced jewelry stores are Rhodium Plated White Gold that makes their jewelry look more like Silver and less like Gold. In reality this mass industry standard is not what actual White Gold looks like.
If you want your ring plated, any local jewelry store will plate for a fee.
Do you work with Customer Stones or Metals?
I do not work with customer's stones or materials due to liability reasons. I only work with raw materials that I source.
