Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
No refunds or exchanges on personalized items. Please make sure the info you give me to be stamped is correct!!! **BE ESPECIALLY CLEAR AND SPECIFIC ABOUT MONOGRAMS!!** I will stamp it exactly as you give it to me, so triple check it!!! If I have a question about the personalization I will contact you.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Items must still be in the same condition in which they were sent, and you, the buyer are responsible for all of the return shipping charges.

Payment
I only accept PayPal for payments at this time. I begin work on orders only after payment clears. (Keep in mind that an e-check through PayPal can take up to 10 days to clear.)
*I will accept cash or a check from local customers when the order is placed. Payment is expected up-front for ALL personalized jewelry orders! If your order is not personalized, you can pay me at time of pick-up or delivery.

Shipping
When purchasing a personalized item, please remember that it may take up to 3 weeks (up to 4 weeks for multiple items) before it is shipped due to production time, availability of supplies, and the fact that I live in a rural area. It most likely will not take that long, but please be patient and keep in mind that you ordered a one-of-a-kind item, custom made just for you. If you need it in a rush, please contact me BEFORE PURCHASE about alternate shipping options. Also, if you like, you can contact me before purchasing to inquire about the production/shipping time of a certain item. Some items do not take as long as others.
I ship most of my packages USPS Priority or First Class with delivery confirmation. If you live in my area, please let me know so I can deliver your order to you! I don't mind at all!
*Please note that before holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, I am usually swamped with orders, so please be patient if your order takes a little longer to arrive. Order as far ahead of time as possible! I try to keep my main shop page updated with my order deadlines and production time before holidays, so check there if needed. I make and ship items in the same order in which I recieve payment.

Please remember that, due to their handmade nature, no two metal pieces are exactly alike...that is part of their uniqueness!
All hand stamped items are unique and may sometimes have the quirks that come from each letter being individually stamped. Letters may not always line up straight, which gives each piece character. I stamp each letter by hand, with letter, number, or design dies and a hammer, which makes a depression in the metal...this is very different from "engraving" which is done by a computer or machine and only scratches the surface of the metal.
