I contacted the owner, after I bought a set of her earrings at an artist exchange shop, and called her to see if she had a matching neckless. She didn't, but made one to match and told me that it would be done in about an hour, or so, and that I could purchase it on Esty. She mailed it to me in time for Christmas. My wife loved both items. That's service!
