The details on all listed items are completely clarified, and we always confirm a special request on any custom-made item through an email or a convo before proceeding your order. Thus, we take your acknowledgment for an order to be complete and final. As most items in store are made to order, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed and working its way through our production process. Changes to line items (e.g., switching the size or color) must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests made outside this window will be denied. Please note that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement due to a change of mind with regards to color, size, and fit so we strongly advise every customer to carefully read our item description, double-check the listed measurements by comparing to your own figure, and ask any question prior to making a purchase with us.

If you encounter any problem with our item or service, please inform us within 3 days of receiving an item to discuss a resolution of your purchase before leaving any feedback or returning your order.

Regarding to our return procedure given your required communication with us beforehand, the product should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and any received thereafter may be denied. The item must be returned to us in an original condition and package - unworn, unwashed, and undamaged - and received in good order at a buyer's responsibility of return shipping cost. Kindly consider a registered and insured package of your returned item to avoid any lost or damaged shipment, and inform us the tracking number of the returned parcel as it remains your responsibility until arriving us safely. Your returned item will be inspected before a refund is issued. Your refund will be denied if the item is lost or returned used, soiled, worn, damaged, or altered in any way and it may be sent back to the sender. You will be notified if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Shipping cost for a returned defective product will be invoiced to you via PayPal so that your item will be shipped via registered airmail.

In the case of a granted refund, the amount less shipping fee and discount will be credited back to you via PayPal through the email account initially used to purchase the item. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your invoice once this transaction has been processed.

All the returned shipment and refund process must be finalized within 60 calendar days from your purchasing date according to PayPal's timeline. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if a customer fails to follow our return procedure within noted schedule.

International eCheque payment through PayPal takes 7-10 business days to be cleared. An order will only be proceeded or shipped once the payment has been received in full amount.

Once the payment is received, you will be notified by a convo to inform the shipping date. Please note that "vintage" and "ready to ship" items are available to ship right away. Tailoring process for a made-to-order item normally takes 5-7 business days.

Please indicate your mailing address accurately in your order. In the case that the postal address listed on Etsy invoice is different from the one on your PayPal, we will take your Etsy address as our shipping reference.

Regarding to the limited setting of Etsy's shipping profiles, please contact us prior to your order in case you'd like to combine shipping on clothing(s) and leather bag(s) in one package as there is a significant weight difference between two item categories. Since postal rate varies by location and timeline, we will set up a custom listing for your purchase.

We ship via registered airmail for a parcel to reach you within 1-3 weeks depending on your location. Each order includes a delivery confirmation number which we will have on file. Tracking number for this type of shipment cannot trace a package in some countries. Please refer to the link below:

Standard registered airmail does not guarantee a lost or damaged parcel. The service does not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows "Delivered" or a proof of delivery is signed. However, we offer insurance for your package to arrive safely and highly recommend you to purchase this service if shipping address is an apartment or areas with visible traffic. This offer is also recommended if you are located in any country listed in the link above where the tracking system noted as "Registered" is not available. Clothing items marked with "custom size" require no extra charge from a listed price given that there is only a standard size variation of XXS, XS, S, M, and L.
