Payment
I accept direct check-out (debit and credit cards), PayPal, and Etsy giftcards.

Friendly reminder: All payments are handled by Etsy, who then deposits the balance to my Etsy account. Etsy does not share your payment information with the shop owner. I will never have access to your card or bank information. If you have a problem with your payment or would like to change the quantity of your order, or add on to your order, please contact me through Etsy Conversations. I can either refund your order and let you purchase the correct amount and items, or you may make a second purchase, and I can refund the shipping difference.
If you have an issue with your billing information, contact me and I can cancel your order.
Shipping
PAYPAL BUYERS: I will not ship to an address that is different from the one provided on your Paypal account.

ALL BUYERS: I will not ship to a fake name or nickname. The name provided on your order must be your true legal name.

DIRECT CHECKOUT BUYERS: If you need an address change, please contact me through Etsy Conversations to verify your new address. I cannot change or reroute a package with an incorrect address after it has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Any taxes, import/customs fees, and so forth are the responsibility of the buyer. Please review your country's import and customs policy before purchase. I absolutely will not mark an order as a 'gift' to avoid customs fees. This constitutes as fraud and can result in a reprimand of my business. For your protection and mine, all information on the package will be accurately displayed.

I ship all items under 70 pounds in person at the post office. I am not responsible for extra fees imposed by USPS at the time of pick-up or delivery due to a change of policy by USPS between time of shipment and delivery.

All items are mailed out within 1-5 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays) unless specified differently in item processing times. The buyer may specify which shipping method they prefer at check-out.
All packages include insurance and tracking information.

I cannot guarantee USPS' shipping times, please keep that in mind. While I will always ship an item within the timeframe I promise, I cannot guarantee a package will arrive in the timeframe provided by USPS or by the approximated delivery date. If you need an order by a specific date, I highly advise ordering a week in advance or upgrading the shipping method. For holiday seasons, please order two weeks in advance.

If I have underestimated the cost of shipping, I will cover the excess within reason. If I have over estimated the shipping cost, I will refund the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to refund any ready to ship purchase, no questions asked, before the order has been shipped or the postage has been paid.

I reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order at my discretion.

For all other circumstances, please refer to the following:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or your item is defective, you must notify me within ten days after the package is marked as delivered. Do NOT remove the item tag, if applicable. If the product if defective or damaged by my fault, please include pictures as proof of error on my behalf. You may then opt for an exchange or refund, depending on the availability of a duplicate item. I will not issue a refund or exchange until the damaged product is returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

I will not refund items if the ten day contact period is exceeded, or if the tag has been removed. I will not accept exchanges or returns on items with missing/removed tags.

Product colors may vary depending on monitor and display settings. I will happily accept a return of an item in original condition in these cases, as long as the tag has not been removed or if the contact period has been exceeded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: I do not refund shipping costs on returned, refunded, or exchanged orders. I will NOT refund or exchange an order that has been lost in the mail. I highly advise the buyer purchase insurance when returning the package. In this case, the buyer should file a claim with USPS for the value of lost item(s).

If there is an issue with the order, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will do my best to resolve the problem to the customer's satisfaction.

I will absolutely not, under any circumstances, refund or exchange an item that has been altered after delivery.

I do not refund or exchange clearance items, prototypes, 'first run' discounted items, or items where known damage is stated in the description ('as is' items)

I do not exchange vintage or antique one of a kind products.

I do not refund or exchange 'personal' items such as hair accessories, hats, or undergarments/lingerie for sanitary reasons.

In the event of shipping damage, the buyer should contact me and I will do my best to accommodate the buyer. As per Etsy policies, I am not obligated to refund or exchange items damaged in transit. Refunds, exchanges, or other forms of compensation will be given at my discretion. I will provide necessary insurance claim information for the buyer to open a claim against USPS. As per Etsy policies, I am not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and have been marked as 'delivered' but have not been received by the buyer.

It is not uncommon for USPS to neglect to scan tracking information until the time of delivery, nor is it uncommon to skip scanning at one or more locations. Usually these packages will arrive, sometimes as late as a few weeks, to two months later. In the event of a lost package, I will open a claim With USPS if the package does not arrive within two weeks of the estimated delivery date. I will continue to update the buyer as the case progresses, and I will issue a refund once USPS has completed the claim.

I do not refund or exchange items sent to the wrong address due to a buyer's error unless it is returned to me. In this case I will resend if the buyer pays additional postage or I will refund, minus the shipping fee.

PLEASE do not provide order deadlines in the "note to seller" box after purchase. If you need your order by a certain deadline, please contact me prior to purchase to arrange a deadline. I will accommodate you in whatever way I can. If you do not contact me before purchase, I cannot guarantee you will receive your order in time.
