Site says 3-5 days for shipping. Ordered on 18th and still haven't received (28th). Needs to be more honest/realistic on timing especially around Halloween.

What Got You Started?

SuperAdorkable started as a home business of making costumes for Halloween, Conventions, and Renaissance Faires for friends and family. I still love creating full costumes, but the process is often more work than reward.

After going to conventions, costume parties, meetups, and other such events year round, I found I was always looking to buy costume accessories, but I never found many options. Sure, there was one place with animal ears, and one place with hair clips and keychains, but that gave you one option only. Some of the accessories for sale (especially animal ears) were not what I was looking for. I found a pair of cat ears after a long search through many vendors, but they were too sturdy. Sure, you can throw them in a suitcase or across a convention hall and they won't get scratched, but they were heavy and uncomfortable after just a few hours of wear and cost a lot more for that added durability. At an event where most attendees are awake and present 48 to 72 hours at a time, this just doesn't work!

I decided to make something that was more comfortable but just as durable. Now that I have expanded into other costume and cosplay accessories, I also have smaller projects I can complete in an afternoon. They are much more affordable (for me and for you) and a lot of fun to make!

Shipping
If you need your order before Christmas, please order 2-3 days before the dates listed below. I cannot guarantee holiday packages will arrive in time for Christmas unless they are ordered BEFORE these dates.

USPS Recommended Shipping Dates for December 24 Domestic Delivery
• First Class: December 19
• Priority Mail: December 21
• Priority Mail Express: December 23

• Priority Mail Express International: December 8

Most purchases are created and shipped within 3-5 business days. Each purchase is totally made to order, and occasionally an order may take up to 5 days to ship.

Average shipping times to most locations in the United States are 2-5 business days, but sometimes take a little longer depending on location and season. International orders may take even longer to arrive. Delivery tracking/confirmation will be included in every order.

Insurance, gift packaging, and expedited shipping are available on request. If you need your order right away, I offer express shipping within the US including guaranteed 2 day delivery, rush processing, and delivery insurance. If you need this, or any other services, you can choose them when you order. If you didn't choose this at the time of purchase, you can also send me a message and I can bill you separately for the additional services.

During Holiday seasons (especially Halloween and Christmas), please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the United States, or more for international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, simply return it to me and I will ship you an exchange or replacement for no additional charge, or offer you store credit equal to the price of the item.

REFUNDS: If you would like a refund for an item that has already shipped, I will refund the item's cost, minus any shipping charges once the item is returned to me in like-new condition. If you would like a refund for an item that has NOT yet shipped, I will return the full amount immediately.

LOST PACKAGES AND DAMAGES: Items under $20 will not be insured unless specifically requested. If a package is lost in transit, damaged, destroyed, etc. please contact me with details (and photos of any damaged packages). I will send out a replacement order for any lost or damaged packages, or issue store credit for the amount of the item.

DELIVERY DATES: Please order early and notify me if you need a package by a certain date! While I will make every effort to rush an order if you let me know you need it by a certain date, I cannot guarantee any shipping time other than Express shipping. First Class, Priority, and international packages do NOT have a guaranteed delivery time, and I cannot refund these orders because they did not arrive on time. If you have paid for Express shipping and your package did not arrive on time, USPS will refund the cost of shipping.
