I believe that they products I make and sell can truly enrich people's lives, so I handle them all accordingly. I also believe that my interactions with people are very important, and will do my utmost to make my customers happy. Please take a minute to poke around my shop. I accept paypal, money orders and personal checks. I will be happy to ship out your product as soon as I receive payment. All custom items must be paid for in advance. If paying by personal check or money order, contact me for my personal mailing address upon placing your order. If you mail a check or money order, I ask that you mail it so that I receive it 7 days from date of the order. There will be a hold placed on the order. I will not ship the order until the payment has cleared, so this may slow down your order.
All items will ship by the US Postal Service. I can ship items with insurance for the additional cost of coverage. I can not be held responsible for orders lost in the mail and will not issue refunds for lost packages. I ship all items with tracking info to protect myself, as well as you, the customer. I ship in bubble mailers to prevent damage. Sometimes the post office can be brutal on packages, so it may be advisable to purchase insurance on your items as I will not replace or refund damaged items. All orders are prepared on a first come first serve basis. If you need a rush order, I may be able to accommodate you, but there will be additional fees involved. If this is the case, please let me know in advance of placing your order and I will let you know if I can accommodate you, and what your total will be. Please allow 7 to 10 days for custom made items to ship.
Refunds and Exchanges
I go to great lengths to make sure any listed item is described to the best of my knowledge. No refunds accepted, unless I have made an error in my listing. I will not refund fees for lost items. I will provide you with a tracking number and this will be proof that your package was shipped to you.

Also please make sure your address is correct, as I will not make refunds on items that are returned for non delivery or items shipped to incorrect addresses.

If I do decide to accept a returned package, PLEASE note that you will be charged a 10% restock fee and cost of shipping to your address.

If you have an issue with a purchase please let me know before you leave negative feedback, as I am always happy to work with my clients to resolve any issues, as long as it is warranted.

I will not grant refunds on custom items. You must understand that the item, in its current state may not appeal to someone else, therefor may be hard to sell. Even if I were to disassemble it, some parts may not be salvageable, which would constitute a loss on my behalf.

I assume you know how to use the products you are purchasing, and I am not responsible for misuse.
