Please ensure you order with lots of time to spare! If you are on a tight timeline or would prefer to have a tracked parcel please inquire about the Xpresspost shipping option prior to purchase.

My turn-around time for processing most orders is 3-5 business days. This time will have to be added to shipping time. To keep your shipping costs to a minimum, I use standard delivery methods via Canada Post. These methods do NOT have a tracking option. Shipping timelines from my location are usually as follows, but not guaranteed by Canada Post:
- Within Canada... Lettermail (6 business days)
- US Locations... Letter-post (8 business days)
- International... Letter-post (10 business days)

I cannot take responsibility for Canada Post's shipping timelines, so please order with time to spare.
Refunds and Exchanges
