Here you will find prints and products available exclusively from the artist.
Payment via Paypal is preferred, but debit and credit cards via Direct Checkout are also accepted.
~~* SHIPPING *~~
All of my listings for domestic and international orders are sent via USPS via First Class Mail by default. All orders within the US will have delivery confirmation included. Insurance will be added UPON REQUEST ONLY! (see my SHIPPING UPGRADES section below for more details about how to request insurance coverage)
BY DEFAULT shipments overseas and to Canada are also sent via FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL and will be marked as 'merchandise'. First Class International DOES NOT include tracking or insurance. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, should they be incurred. Angelic Artisan is based in the United States.
I highly recommend all of my International customers UPGRADE TO PRIORITY MAIL, as it is the most reliable method of shipment which also includes basic tracking and will arrive in a much more timely manner than First Class Mail.
To upgrade your shipping speed, tracking, and insurance options, leave a note about your wish to upgrade shipping in the "Message to Seller" field during checkout and I will contact you with further details. This upgrade should be requested within 3 hours of the time which you placed your order or your item might be shipped out before you can upgrade it!
The easiest way to ask for a shipping upgrade is to leave a note in the "Message to Seller" field during checkout. You must pay for your upgrade before I will mail your item.

Refunds and Exchanges
~~* REFUNDS *~~
Refunds will be negotiated on a case by case basis. I must be notified within 7 days of the delivery of your item if you find that the item was not as described. Refunds will not be given after this time period. Customers are responsible for payment on return shipment of items, should a return be given.
NOTE that items lost in the mail to International customers who did not pay for a PRIORITY upgrade will not be offered a refund for the lost item!
~* MASK REFUND POLICIES *~~.
I will perform free alterations on any mask within 7 days of delivery for my US customers (return shipping covered by the client with shipment of the corrected item covered by Angelicshades). I do not offer alterations for International clients due to the high cost of shipping and customs UNLESS the customer pays for shipping both ways.
If any mask requires a complete redo, there will be a materials fee of 25% of the total price charged to the buyer, with shipment of the new mask to the customer paid by the seller once the unfit mask has been returned at the expense of the buyer.
