If the item is damaged please provide pictures of said item for refund. Refund will NOT be given on items that are not damaged until item is returned and received by seller.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me so we can get a price quote. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping INCLUDING POST OFFICE DELAY. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost, delayed or damaged by USPS, we CANNOT provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through U-PIC Insurance Services.

***Please note that because each item is hand-made to order, returns will incur a 30% re-stocking fee. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment minus the shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee.

***NEED A RUSH ON YOUR ORDER?... please send me a conversation to let me know your date or questions =) I don't always see the requests in the notes to seller until I get ready to process your order. The is no guarantee I can rush any order just depending on the time needed so please discuss with me first. -INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.. I have no way of knowing how long it will take your items to be delivered. Shipping times vary, once the order has shipped it may arrive within 9 days-2 months depending on the area shipped to. You will be provided with a customs number but this is NOT a tracking number. If you need a tracking number there is an additional cost. Please let meknow before completing your order that you need a tracking number. The number will come from stamps.com in the form of an email to the email address used with your paypal. Please make sure your paypal address is the correct shipping address. This is the address used for shipping and I am not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong place because of an error with paypal.
