Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, please let me know before leaving negative/neutral feedback. I want to ensure ALL my customers are satisfied with their purchases!

If your items arrive damaged, please take a picture of the damages and send them to me through etsy's conversation feature or via email to angelyquestrinkets [!at] gmail.com . I will do my best to repair/replace damaged items.

Angelyques Trinkets is not responsible for items that arrive late without prior request from the customer for expedited shipping. As such returns are not accepted on these items. Should faster shipping options be delayed, this must be taken up with the postal services directly as once a parcel is mailed, it becomes their responsibility.

The initial deposit on ANY and ALL custom order is non-refundable. This is to cover the basic cost of the materials used in the creation of your item.

Payment is due upon submission of order via paypal or etsy's direct checkout. Please contact me via etsy's conversation feature BEFORE purchase to make arrangements for this payment method. All canadian orders will be charged tax according to their provincial rate.

Made to order items must be paid in full in order to be added to my current work queue. Made to order items take between 2-3 weeks to make before they can be shipped out. (Unless specified in the listing) Should anything change, I will let you know as soon as possible.

Should the shipping charges be more than estimated upon purchase; an invoice will be sent for the balance via paypal. Delayed requests for faster shipping will be dealt with in the same manner. Payment on shipping charges is due in FULL prior to shipping, regardless of requested date.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I am located in Canada. This means that orders placed from within the continental USA are considered to be INTERNATIONAL orders. Unless specified on the listing, ALL items are sent with standard shipping and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive to US customers depending on your location. This does not include creation time for made to order items. Faster shipping options are available upon request.

UK customers: the customs form on your parcel will be filled in with the accurate CAD $ value on it. This means you may be charged VAT. These customs fees are not collected by Angelyques Trinkets and are your sole responsibility. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Should you require faster shipping, please send me a message in order to make specific arrangements.

International orders: Unless specified packages are sent using standard shipping.. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders as customs does hold packages to check them. Although Canada Post specifies that these packages take 6-12 business days, they say to allow time for customs processing as the estimate is for the travel time. Should the item not be received (returned to sender as unsuccessful delivery) arrangements can be made to ship the item again.

International orders outside of the US and Canada:
Please contact me for expedited and express shipping rates as they will vary by country.

All packages over $100 in value must be sent expedited. This ensures adequate insurance coverage for the full value of your purchase, a tracking number and delivery withing 4-6 business days. An invoice will be sent via paypal for the balance owing should the shipping charges on the receipt be lacking. Once the invoice is paid, the item will be shipped.

All items are sent with tracked shipping within the United States and Canada. The tracking information will be sent once your item has shipped. For tracked shipping outside the US and Canada, please contact me.

Customs forms on all purchases will be filled out accurately in terms of content and value. All duty and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Made to order items will be made within 4 weeks (unless specified on the listing). I am dealing with a high volume of orders at this time. This means that processing may take longer than usual. If you require your item sooner, please let me know ahead of time to discuss shipping options and rush fees.

Custom orders available upon request as well as wholesale. Each transaction of this type is dealt with on a case by case basis.
