Can I get my order faster?
I work on getting your orders to you as quickly as I can, and in some cases I will be able to accommodate rush or express shipping -- please message me to check :)
I received a package but part of my order is missing, why?
If you are ordering more than one item, we might ship out your order in multiple packages to get the items to you as quickly as possible. If you are concerned about your order please reach out and we will take care of you.
What are your shipping times? When will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 7 days from order day to delivery day.
All products are lovingly made-to-order, and the production time-frame is generally 2 to 4 business days. Once your order is made and ready, you will receive a tracking number with a declared shipping time-frame of 5 to 7 business days*.
*Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Your happiness is super important to me and because of that I do accept exchanges and returns on products you are not happy with. Please keep in mind that I am a small business and all of my products are made-to-order so please be sure to refer to the sizing charts provided in each listing to avoid any fit surprises.
Who do you donate to?
You will find the current organization at the top of the shop in the shop announcement section. In addition to any organization, funds are also distributed to mutual aid projects to help support people directly. If there is an organization or mutual aid project you would like me to consider supporting, please reach out.
Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Gift messages are available and are printed on a cute little note-card year-round! Please select the gift option during checkout and provide your personal message. Wrapping is not available.
