Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may ship it back to me within 5 days of receiving it (at your expense). Items can be returned, unused, and unaltered and in the new condition that they were shipped. When I receive the package, I will immediately refund your original payment minus shipping charges.
If you received "free shipping" on your order, shipping charges of $$$ will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund. If you purchase a CUSTOM order or CUSTOM made however, these are not be refundable.
Holiday wreaths (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas) are NONrefundable if the wreath arrives within 10 days prior to the specific holiday.

If your item is damaged during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping
I will do my best to ship within 2-7 business days once payment is received and the funds clear (the estimated time between purchase date and ship date). If you need your items expedited, please contact me and I'll make every effort to accommodate you. Quotes for expedited shipping upon request.

Once a package is turned over to the postal service for delivery I have no control over it, including how long it takes, how it is handled or any errors the postal service may make. Please let me know if you do experience a problem so that I can assist you should you need it.

If delivery confirmation says your item was delivered to you, yet you do not receive it I can assist you in filing a lost/stolen case with the USPS however I can not be responsible for the lost/stolen package and I can not provide a refund.

If your parcel for some reason is not delivered by the carrier, (an incorrectly completed address by customer) and returns to me, I can provide refund (original payment minus shipping charges, when is free shipping I will charge shipping cost which I paid) or send it again, but the customer pays for re-sending the parcel.

International shipping available only by USPS Priority Mail, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.

The buyer is responsible for all custom fees and taxes
