Shipping
I ship orders out twice a week, and these 2 days may vary, however they are usually something like Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. I try my best to ship orders out within 3 business days of the receiving payment. If for some reason (and this is rare!) my schedule doesn't allow for this quick mail-out time I will send you a note asking if you'd be ok with a small delay or if you'd preffer a refund.

In general I ship orders totalling under $50 first class mail USPS which usually takes about 4-7 business days. Occasionally first class mail can take up to 3 weeks, but this is certainly a rare mail snafoo.

Orders over $50, or orders includding extra large or long prints, are shipped USPS priority mail with a tracking number, this means if you do not recieve your order within 3 business days of receiving an e mail from me notifying you that I have mailed out your order you can contact me and I will give you the tracking number for your package. However priority mail normally takes 2-3 business days so hopefully you won't need one! If you'd like the tracking number right away please send me a note asking for it.

If you want a shipping upgrade to USPS overnight mail please contact me before placing your order as I may not be able mail your order out fast enough to make your deadline. If I can mail your order right away, we can arrange extra payment through paypal to cover overnight shipping. Please note! Overnight shipping can cost between an additional $30 and $50 depending on the package size.

In general I do not use UPS but if you need UPS please contact me before placing your order and we can make those arrangements.

All sales are final, however I gladly offer refunds and partial refunds for any art that arrives damaged in the mail, and full refunds for items lost in the mail. I also reship a new print if you'd preffer, in the event that your print was lost or damaged in the mail. Please let me know which you preffer if this happens. Over the years I have had an average of something like a 1-2% of orders get damaged or lost in the mail so it is a very rare situation.
Refunds and Exchanges
I gladly offer refunds and partial refunds for any art that arrives damaged in the mail, and full refunds for items lost in the mail. I also reship a new print if you'd preffer, in the event that your print was lost or damaged in the mail. Please let me know which you preffer if this happens.

I do not offer refunds for returned purchases. Please choose your purchase carefully because exchanges are complicated and artwork may get damaged easily during shipping if you do not keep the original cardboard packaging! I cannot offer exchanges for any art taken out of the plastic or biodegradable plastic packaging or any art that has become damaged or is not like new. If you think you may want to exchange something make sure you save the cardboard packaging for returning the item to me. Before mailing the item back to me be sure to contact me and we can figure out how to proceed. I charge an 8$ repackaging fee on all exchanges. I only offer one exchange per transaction.

I do my best to make my silkscreens as consistant and well crafted as possible, but please be aware that all silkscreens are handmade. This means that each piece is unique and may contain slight inconsistencies from the piece scanned and posted on etsy. I try to scan a representative print but please note that I use 100% recycled paper and sometimes the paper may have a small unbleached dark speck in it. Also while printing I often tinker with my colors so there is some variation in the colors from print to print, in this particular case I am very careful to ship prints with colors very similar to those in the scan or send a note to you if the colors are substantially different.

Other examples of ways in which prints vary include small light areas, small dark areas, subtle streaks in a color blend and areas where the colors may not line up perfectly. These issues, if present are quite subtle and often unnoticeable. These are the things that make each print special and give silkscreens their unique character. Because this variation is the nature of handmade printmaking I do not offer refunds on prints with the slight inconsistencies that are an integral part of this medium. I sort through my prints and I only sell prints which meet my personal standards of craftsmanship and weed out prints with substantial flaws.
