This is my second time purchasing from AnimalsTakingOver and I am so so pleased. Shipping was fast, communication was great, and the colors and quality of the art is even better than it appears online.

Brought me so much joy. The colors are even more beautiful in person, and it's so lovely to have a little art in your home to brighten your day!

Thank you! We received the painting last night and are absolutely in love with it! The colors are so lush, we're looking forward to displaying it forever as a memory of this strange time. We go on dates at the Nelson-Atkins often in normal times, so it's extra special.
Watercolors of Polar Landscapes
I have been painting watercolors of the Polar regions for the past 20 years. I knew that I wanted to paint ice before I went to Antarctica, but it wasn't until after the birth of my child that I was able to fulfill this dream. Now I have a career (along with that of "mom") made of these paintings.
In these past few months, I have been thrilled to see the photos of animals taking over "human" spaces while we are inside. Inspired by their moxie (even when humans have brought them there, such as when the penguins were brought to a museum), I keep finding more photos of animals in unique spaces. Let's hope they all don't go back and that they keep reminding us of how we share the world.
