Always En Route

I've always been a maker and have engaged with all sorts of mediums, from Fine Art to Craft. I've always leaned toward bright colors and patterns, especially in painting. For the past several years I got into screen-printing, and had a business hand-printing my nature designs onto clothing. I sold these here online as well as many boutiques and in-person events throughout the Bay Area where I lived for over six years.

I moved back to Toronto, Canada, where I'm from last year -- yes, in the midst of the pandemic. It was a very crazy time, closing up my art studio in Oakland, California and heading north.

I do miss the sun and the markets, and my friends there, but I'm so happy to be back here, setting up a new business with new work and projects on the horizon.

I'm getting to know the local creatures, many racoons and squirrels and other city creatures:).

Where Do you Ship From?

I ship from my home studio in Toronto, Canada.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

Processing time is 1-2 days, and will ship on weekdays. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Generally, this will range from about 4 business days for domestic orders, and up to a couple weeks for US and International orders. Overseas orders may take longer, especially during these days of Covid-19.

What shipping service do you use?

I use Canada Post, and the most economical service: letter mail and parcel post. You will not receive tracking into. If you prefer tracking, or an expedited service, please contact me we can make arrangements. It will cost extra.

Why isn't tracking included?

Unlike in the US, tracking service isn't standard with Canada Post, and costs quite a bit more. Since these are not high value items, and there are so few issues with missing shipments, I think customers would appreciate the savings.

I am local, can I pick up my order?

Yes! We can arrange pick up via email once you select "Pick Up" when you chekcout.

I am purchasing from the US, will there be extra customs charges?

Between the US and Canada, at this value of product, and since I send via letter mail, there won't be customs/duties charges.

What is your return/exchange policy?

I do not accept returns unless there is something defective about the product. I can offer an exchange for store credit if you are not happy with your purchase. I know things happen, and ultimately I want you to be happy with your order, so we can work it out!
