The level of details was incredible, i spoke to Anna multiple times and she got what we were looking for just right, she even made a slight tweak after the first picture of the finished product was sent, totally worth it, i will be putting this in a glass dome to commemorate the day for a shelf in my house! She was so patient in changing a few details and every time I had a question, she responded quickly. I can't attach a picture because I don't want my fiancé to see my dress before we get married. Customer service was excellent and the shipping was very fast, especially for during quarantine. I did have to be home to sign for the package, just in case anyone was wondering. I sent in photos of my wedding dress and of my fiance and me for reference and it is just what we wanted. Can't wait to display it at our wedding!

The topper stole the show at our reception-- very true to the photos that I sent her, after sending updates of the initial product she was even willing to make a couple tweaks to make sure it was PERFECT. It was completed and shipped faster than expected. Now it's sitting on our shelf next to our wedding photos :) I couldn't recommend her more!
