Earlier today, our Etsy shop hit the milestone of 2000 sales. We would like to thank you, our customers, for your continued support. We are excited about what the new year brings and look forward to delivering a range of new designs in the coming months.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Great care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 10 days of receipt. You then have a further 28 days to return your jewellery - unused and in its original packaging - for a refund of the cost of the jewellery. Please obtain a receipt, which proves that the jewellery has been returned to my address.

A refund/exchange is available for any faulty items. Please inform me within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.

Refunds will be issued once I receive the returned items along with the gift boxes in which you received your jewellery.
Payment
My shop is set to accept payments made via Etsy's payment platform and PayPal. Both of these payment platforms allow you to pay with a credit/debit card. PayPal can be used to pay with an existing payment account.

If you are based in the U.K. and would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please contact me for more details.
Shipping
Items will be lovingly packaged and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery estimates are as follows:

UK - 1-3 business days.

Europe - 3-5 business days.

US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand - 5-10 business days.

Everywhere else - Please contact me for more precise delivery times. Please include the country you would like your item shipping to.

Items are all shipped using Royal Mail services. Items sent within the UK are shipped First Class. Items posted internationally are sent using the Airmail service.

Please send me a message using Etsy's messaging service to discuss orders needed in a rush.

The customer is liable for any and all import duties, customs fees and related charges.

Tracking isn't a standard service here in the UK and is purchased at the senders discretion.

Information I collect:
