Jewellery designed for lovers of colour

I am a Sheffield based jewellery designer. During the early days of Anna King Jewellery, customers often commented on their struggles to find jewellery to match a specific piece in their wardrobe. This gap in the market allowed me to indulge my love of colour and play with different finishes, textures and materials. Having been a jewellery maker for over a decade, my collection now spans the full colour spectrum.

Great customer service is at the heart of my business. I gain a great deal of enjoyment from working on custom projects with customers and many of my pieces can be personalised by switching up the colour of the beads used. Over the years, I have amassed a rainbow of pearls, crystals and semi-precious stones, which means the possibilities are endless. I love dreaming up new ways to combine colours and beads to hopefully create pieces of jewellery that their new owners will relish wearing.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Great care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. You have 30 days, from the date you received your jewellery, to return it to me - unused and in its original packaging - for a refund of the cost of the jewellery.

Unsuitable items can be returned at the customers expense. When unsuitable items are returned, I am unable to refund the shipping cost. Please obtain proof of postage when returning your item(s). Proof of postage doesn't cost extra, it simply proves that the jewellery has been returned to my address.

A refund/exchange is available for any faulty items. For a full refund/exchange, please inform me within 10 days of receiving your jewellery. Refunds will be issued once I receive the returned items along with the gift boxes in which you received your jewellery.
Payment
I accept all payment methods supported by Etsy.

If you are based in the U.K. and would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please contact me for more details.
Shipping
Items will be lovingly packaged and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery estimates are as follows:

UK: 1-3 business days.

Europe: 3-5 business days.

US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 5-10 business days.

Everywhere else: please contact me for more precise delivery times. Please include the country you would like your item shipping to.

Please send me a message using Etsy's messaging service to discuss orders needed in a rush.

My parcels are shipped using Royal Mail services. Items sent within the UK are shipped First Class. Items posted internationally are sent using the Airmail service. Tracking isn't a standard service here in the UK and is purchased at the senders discretion.

The customer is liable for any and all import duties, customs fees and related charges.

Please double-check your address and order details when placing an order. I cannot be held responsible for parcels returned to me due to incorrect shipping addresses. Nor am I responsible for failure by the customer to reschedule delivery/collect their parcel from the sorting office. If items are returned to me for either of these reasons, the customer is liable to cover the cost of re-shipping the parcel. If you decide not to have your order re-shipped, I am only able to refund the cost of the items ordered and not the shipping costs. If a customer provides an incorrect address, I cannot refund the cost of the item or resend the item until I receive the original parcel.

Information I collect:

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Data Retention:

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.
