Payment
International buyers: Paypal is the only payment method available.

Australian buyers: I accept both paypal and direct deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer. I prefer direct deposit or EFT however it does take a few days for payment to clear. To calculate the amount of the item in Australian Dollars I use the website http://www.xe.com
Shipping
All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment received. If you need your item urgently, please contact me so we can work out a new shipping amount so you can get your item faster. In Australia there is the option of Express Post, however for international orders this generally can cost over $40AUD for even small items.

For international orders I use Australia Post Airmail. Items usually take between 7-10 days to arrive in North America.

I do not cover items that go missing in the post. If you require insurance for an item please contact me before purchasing for a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each item I post is checked over to make sure it is sent off in perfect condition and packed so it is safe inside the packaging. If you item has arrived damaged please contact me within 10 days of item arriving and I will issue you a refund.
